We don't make cheap ice cream. Period. You will never hear the word "compromise" at our place. We strive to buy only the purest ingredients from reputable, local sources (organic when available) and are committed to operating in a sustainable manner. Like the farmers and vendors we deal with, we charge an honest price for an honest product.
All of our ice creams are built from the ground up, beginning with hormone-free cream and milk from pasture-grazed cows from Lorain County and the surrounding area. It's the best we've ever tasted… can't get much fresher, nope! The water used for our sorbets and creamery recipes originates from artesian springs deep beneath us and is bottled two miles from our creamery factory in Elyria. How cool is that?

Our ultra-cool flagship shop (exactly 10 miles from our factory) is located in the LEED gold-certified East College Street Project in historic downtown Oberlin.
